player who's already been substituted, if he leaves the bench, runs on the
pitch and twats an opposition player? If so who actually leaves the field
of play?
Hmmmm. I would say that, strangely enough the player who is not officially
on the field of play would be red carded so that further disciplinary action
could be taken, suspension etc, but that the team would continue with 11 men
on the field.
