Well it's a qt derivative so no licensing issue - but we would need to make a 
clear note that the QT stuff is GPL'd - not LGPL'd and this means an LCL app 
compiled against it must be GPL'd as well.

In theory the interfaces BETWEEN the LCL and QT are also GPL'd but the LCL 
itself should be unaffected.
