Kantcentrum was established as a not-for-profit in 1970 but was a continuation of the Apostoline Sisters' lace school and that must go back centuries.
OIDFA was founded in 1982, so that's a lot younger. So I think you can say that about IOLI if you qualify it by saying something like " other than the lace schools in Europe...".
