It looks very solid, even being alpha. I understand that the feature I am asking about is not quite common. Also, the remaining 50% of old Kazakh l10n of LibreOffice was imported into Pootle, and it does not have any submitter. So, filtering by submitter won't help much. I guess I will continue the current workflow.
