one other thing. you may have to set the voicemail dialing hardware integration parameters to FXD instead of FX on a transferred call to let the call go after transfer. This can be a pain in the ___ to get the settings right. If the voice mail is fielding the call to the call forwarded station, a bit of experimenting may be required in the voice mail handoff of the call.
