This works better if you can assign a line directly to him. DIL 1:1 or DID would be even better. We have a real estate office with 2 PRI's and DID on them. The call comes into the PRI/DID and they forward right to the agent's cell phone. I have another real estate office, not as large as the previous office using KX-T96185 DID card. Only big issue is this is and older KX-T336 DID card and it is wink start pulse dialing only. Panasonic didn't make a DID wink start DTMF analog card, and only the KX-TD50290 PRI will handle the DID in that "format" if you can call it that. Steve L.
