Why would you want to change that prompt? Sounds like a lot of extra work. Once we set up custom service menus and appropriate routing, that prompt is never heard again. Use a custom service menu and a company greeting if you want. We don't use company greetings anymore. It's kind of confusing for the customer to train them not to record the "welcome" part of the greeting in the CS menu, but in the company menu.
