Why would you want to change that prompt? Sounds like a lot of extra work.
Once we set up custom service menus and appropriate routing, that prompt is
never heard again. Use a custom service menu and a company greeting if you
want.  We don't use company greetings anymore.  It's kind of confusing for
the customer to train them not to record the "welcome" part of the greeting
in the CS menu, but in the company menu.

I am installing a kva 200 and I changed the "Welcome to the Voice processing
system" prompt in guidance 1 to a welcome greeting for the customer. I have
placed guidance 1 in all places I could find yet it does not play. I did
check and it is where it belongs. Good M,A,E have been disabled. Doing a
trace, it says I am still in primary. I am not using the guidance select
option at all. Any help would be appreciated.
