I am installing a kva 200 and I changed the "Welcome to the Voice processing system" prompt in guidance 1 to a welcome greeting for the customer. I have placed guidance 1 in all places I could find yet it does not play. I did check and it is where it belongs. Good M,A,E have been disabled. Doing a trace, it says I am still in primary. I am not using the guidance select option at all. Any help would be appreciated.
