Of course a client distant from me is having problems. His line 2 is not
working. When you pick up line two it sounds kind of like a siren on and off
tone. Something like a modem. I thought it could be the alarm,but they have
been there and disconnected their unit as it is not used anyway. There is a
Panamax line protector in front of the 624. If the line 1 and line 2 are
switched on the surge protector the problem stays on line 2. I have not heard a
Panasonic phone system make a sound like this? I am going to have him reboot
the system next,but I thought someone on the mailing list might have some
insight?Thanks
