A quick question , there are two different models of the Panasonic 824 on sale here in Ireland the KX-TES824E and the KX-TEM824MB the first one (KXTES824E) is from Panasonic UK and the other one comes through a dealer who is bring them in from Hong Kong (KXTEM824MB). The problem is with the model KXTEM824 the volume on the microphone in the handset is low, I have come across this with the UK model (KXTES824E) also and by upgrading the firmware to 2.02 solves the problem. The firmware for the UK model will not work on the KXTEM824MB .has anybody or does anybody know where I can get firmware for this model at the moment the firmware is 1.00 the lowest version. The Panasonic UK dealer website has only get firmware for models ending with E..
