When you place a call and then another call comes in - the system is more
likely to not show you the CID of the incoming call.
Conversely..
You answer an incoming call, and during that call, another call comes in -
your more likely to be shown the CID of the incoming call.

How in the world do you get Caller ID from an outgoing call?  My TD1232 only
gets Caller ID on incoming calls.  I never heard of Caller ID receipt on an
outgoing call.
