I cannot figure out how to set this feature up can anybody help: When the receptionist leaves her desk she would forward all calls to another extension which was fine. Now the receptionist wants to forward calls to a group of extensions I have set the group up using a floating extension number but it doesn't appear to be forwarding correctly. Is there another way of doing this ..phantom extension???
