Frank LaSorsa, head of Panasonic's consumer and business phone divisions, has "resigned" and will be gone shortly.
My Secaucus spy reports that Frank was put under tremendous pressure by PanaPrexy Martin Kono to increase phone sales to compensate for missed plasma TV sales because of limited plasma availability, but could not meet Kono's numbers. No replacement has been announced, and any change in marketing direction is speculation at this time; but we can dream.<G> Michael N.
