I have found that when setting up intercept routing for my CO5 (TKG5) that
calls are directed to my EXT 114 which has all calls forwarded to voice mail
but when a call arrives through the intercept routing (PGM409 DAY) it does not
pass the DPITS info and the caller just hears the general voice mail system
greeting. When intercom dialing EXT 114 I hear the proper voice mail for EXT
114. In night mode I used DIL 1:1 to direct calls to EXT 114 and it works fine
by playing the proper voice mail box message. Does anyone know why this info
isn't passed during an intercept directed call?

Thank you,
Jon Osborne
