Hi All I have replaced a Samsung system with the Panasonic KXT EA824 telephone system. I have come up against a feature that the Samsung had which I don't think the Panasonic has I will explain...
The system is installed in a dental surgery... I have programmed all the CO keys with DSS keys using the the telephone KXT 7730. On the Samsung system when somebody rings an extension and the person is not at their desk - they could see their DSS key flashing from another extension and pick it up pressing the DSS that is flashing from another extension. I know from the Panasonic we can use the 'call pick up feature' by dialling 40 but they rather have their DSS keys flashing when somebody ring their extension so they can pick it up from another extension. I have ring Panasonic they told me to change programme code 968 and 112 but this didn't work.
