Item 1 I do not understand??? Item 2, connecting two TDA200 together over the Internet is relatively simple to do. We have about 10 TDA sites using VoIP. We connect the high speed modem to a switch, then one port to their router and the other port to the TDA IP Gateway Card. We assign the correct IP/Subnet Mask/Gateway numbers and set up the config, routing, etc. We have some sites using 7, (site #0, extension # for access and others just dial the extension number. The important thing we learned is to create the DN2IP on one site and copy to the other.
The other thing we learned is that the installing company MUST, repeat MUST also have a IP Gateway card in their TDA for troubleshooting problems. Its also neat when you direct-dial the manager extension of the other companies and your company name comes up on their display. It works great. Be sure you have a reliable high-speed link -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Seraphin nzima Sent: Thursday, February 02, 2006 11:21 AM To: kxt@kxthelp.com Subject: KX-T: TDA200: IP CARD? Hello! please, i'd like to understand the use of IP card in TDA200. 1) with IP card in TDA200 and internet connexion, is it possible to build a local network so that any extension can do data and voice? 2) A client wants me to interconnect via internet two distant branches of his company, so that from on sub-point, he can get in touch with the other sub-point as if the two branches were connected to the same PABX. - Can i do this with two TDA200 and two IP cards? - How ? Thank you very much. ___________________________________________________________________________ Nouveau : téléphonez moins cher avec Yahoo! Messenger !
