Dear ALL I am installing a BV Card on a KXTEA308 telephone system and come up with one problem. The customer wants to transfer external calls directly to someone's voice mail box. Can this be done on the BV Card.. I know it has limited functions.
I have tried the direct message program 7251 ext number and # it doesn't work when transferred just locks up the voicemail. Any help would be appreciated.
