Yes it can be done, but you need something more than just programming of the 
PBX. First you have to connect the two sites through Internet and this is 
the biggest problem for the most of us, cause we have to learn how to 
program routers proxy e.t.c, or to find someone good enough to do that for 
us. Then it is up to make the two voip cards to communicate together, and 
finally make a private plan so the TDA's communicate also.

It's very hard for me to be more specific. First you have to understand how 
voip cards works, and how you configure them. Then your test must be in the 
same LAN. If you manage to make the two PBX work us one, you just need 
someone computer programmer to make the connection of the two sites you want 
through Internet. Your job will be just to repeat the demo connection that I 
mentioned before, with the difference that you have to use the new ip, sub 
and gateway that is given to you.
