Email the Sipura support address. Unfortunately, they didn't listen to me when I told them about a reproducible bug in how one of their products handled answer supervision when set for reverse polarity, probably because most people would never have used that functionality. Its a pity. I haven't checked lately to see if any of their updated firmware fixed the problem.
