Thanks for all the ideas, never thought about the IP P.A. stuff, but 
that stuff is "BIG BUX"!
I know the $150.00 per end Multitech will probably work. but I was 
looking for a slightly "more elegant"
( read "cheaper") way of doing this, Maybe a couple of OOS   SIP boxes ( 
E-BAY @$50 BUX EACH ?)
with a software "hack"  MIGHT be the  "ANSWER"

I know, " if it were easy, anybody could do it"
