Don't know of a specific product, but it seems like it should be easy to cobble one up from a 'Sandman' or other loop sense relay. Just put the loop relay between the device (modem, fax, whatever) and the CO line, then use the relay's contacts to open the CO line to the KSU and take an analog station port off-hook. With the station line programmed to go directly to that CO line, the CO would be busied out as far as the KSU is concerned.
