320 - all external pagers
330 - all page groups
32<n> - n= external pager number (1 for KX-TD816 /1 through 4 for KX-TD1232)
33<n> - n= page group (1-8)

32* or 33* - pages everything

The floating numbers (196, etc.) are only used for feature access, like 
from a DISA call, etc.

BTW, you should be able to hook the Valcom speaker to a walkman or other 
audio source to insure it works by itself.
