The upgrade solution is for someone who doesn't make a market in or 
understand Panasonic DBS.  Actually, Pana did me a favor and sent me a DBS 
customer last week.  (ob extra advice, don't forget to assign an intercom 
button BEFORE you give the attendant prime line pickup)

VOIP sounds good.  I have VOIP.  It lets me call the US for free.  The best 
$19.95 a month I ever spent and I use it at my job site to cut down on my 
cellphone minutes.  It's trunk #4 on my TDA-50.  It could be your trunk #8 
or 16 or 12 on a DBS.  Or get two and tackle ARS, the DBS can do that.

 From an accountant's view.  If it ain't broke, don't throw 36 phones in 
the trash.
