The upgrade solution is for someone who doesn't make a market in or understand Panasonic DBS. Actually, Pana did me a favor and sent me a DBS customer last week. (ob extra advice, don't forget to assign an intercom button BEFORE you give the attendant prime line pickup) VOIP sounds good. I have VOIP. It lets me call the US for free. The best $19.95 a month I ever spent and I use it at my job site to cut down on my cellphone minutes. It's trunk #4 on my TDA-50. It could be your trunk #8 or 16 or 12 on a DBS. Or get two and tackle ARS, the DBS can do that. From an accountant's view. If it ain't broke, don't throw 36 phones in the trash.
