IMHO - Whatever you decide, Please don't be fooled by the "VoIP" thing !
Unless you are moving into a new building, you have installed wiring. Will the installed TELEPHONE WIRING support 10-Base-T ? Does it need to ? An IP phone system that shares the "existing" computer network requires phones with a built-in switch, to share the network wiring - MORE money. An IP system that does NOT share the EXISTING NETWORK is a little less money, BUT there is little advantage over a "legacy" system - which is still less money. If it were my decision, I would opt for a legacy system, that would accept a VoIP gateway for "tele-commuting" users if needed. As usual with opinions, your mileage may very. and when listening to free advice - you get what you pay for.
