Tech support closed and I am on site any quick answers. My intercept to 165
is not happening. I have ICD group 300 with 101 immediate and 5 other
extensions ringing after 2 rings. Works great. Set intercept timer to 30 sec
does not happen. I have 165 set as intercept location for day, lunch, break
and night modes. Call in it rings as programmed but won't get intercepted by
voice mail. Tech support won't help me until I go to the class, or I got
someone with issue's
