We recently installed a KX-TD 500 with a TVS-220 voicemail system. I have voicemail for 70 staff members but only 12 have permanant extensions. How do I create phantom extension numbers to allow the receptionist to transfer directly into an individuals voicemail without going through the auto attendant?
Also, I have centrex installed. There are 5 private lines. If I transfer to one of the 5 centrex lines and the individual is on the phone, the caller gets a busy signal. Is there a way to program the centrex on-busy function to transfer to the incoming voicemail access number and have caller ID follow so the call goes directly into the individuals voicemail box?
