A trioublesome installation uses mostly 7730 phones. Suddenly the outgoing extension assignments changed on several phones. CO1 became disabled on some. where it was previously the default; on other extensions CO1 became enabled where previpusly only CO3 had been enabled. No one had placed the system in program mode. The programming was not changed at individual extensions but at the switch. We repaired the programming Thursday afternoon and checked all system programming per prior tables, and made all corrections. Yesterday evening the programming changed again. Any ideas? We have previously replaced the switch, expansion card. Wiring is proper, triple checked, grounding proper, surge protection proper.
