Dear Colleagues, I am trying to transfer an outside call to extension which forwarding to CO is enabled. I do the following: i pick up (by pressing SP-Phone) outside call and transfer it to <ext num> extension. I see "Transferring to CO" on the screen. Then I ordinary press SP-Phone button again to leave it dialing automatically, but the call stops transferring and waiting outside call returns back to me. If I do not press SP-Phone and wait until "Trsnsferring to CO" is done then the waiting outside call gets it.
My question is whether I can transfer outside call to extension which "forwarding to CO" is set to on without waiting for actual "Transferring"?
