Oh, then it probably tried to set itself up in Analog mode so it thinks it is connected. What KSU will it be connected to? You will also have to program the ksu for the proper voicemail extensions. Then you can test to see if the TVS is actually working by calling it's extension and see if it answers.
You really can't make the TVS functional until you get the computer or cable figured out though.
