for the 136RT - tell me an address and I'll send it on it's way.  I tried to
sell it on ebay a couple years ago and gave up. It's been waiting on my
shelf for you.

the one you really want:
Mircom has
"No Subscriber Line (NSL) Telephone Access Kit)
MI-NSL12K/ 24K/ 36K for 12/24/36 residents.
$ 1.5K to 2K or so

Uses existing phone wiring, does not need dedicated phone line, simulates
call waiting to tenant if they are busy, has relays for door opener...
