During the first year or so of using our KX-TA624 the "garage" line would go off-hook by itself on average about 1-2 times a month, when it was still physically on-hook. About a month ago the "spa" line started doing the same thing. I disconnected the two lines from the 624 at the system end about 2 weeks ago. Since then, a third line, "mudroom", went off-hook by itself overnight. Again, the phone was phyically on-hook. Each time this happens the offending inside line grabs the outside line which eventually goes into lockout at the central office and the inside line also goes into lockout. Has anyone else seen this? The two lines that I disconnected haven't caused a problem, yet, but I have a hard time believing that all three of these lines have physical problems. Each line is Cat5 cable and they range in length from about 90' to the garage to about 30' to the mudroom. I have checked for shorts and opens on these lines and they look ok.
