I have been reminded by many of you that NY is a pretty large state (especially when compared with CT!) and that I need to be a little more specific than "upstate"...... The home will be near Pine Plains NY.
The "upscale" customer I'm referring to is a residential user that will be temporarily moving into rental space while their new home is being built. I've convinced her to make the equipment purchase now, (Probably a TD 1232 w/TVS 90 VM) temporarily install it in her rental home, then move it to the new location when it's completed. I also told her she should buy it from whomever does the installation..... She is VERY particular, but knows what she wants and pays well.....
