We've had great results with Multitech's VoIP products and I highly
recommend them. They have a demo line setup so you actually call their
sales department via VoIP. If you call 1-877-TRY-VOIP you'll be dialing
into a VoIP gateway in Ohio which will route the call via the Internet
to their offices in Minnesota.

As for the MVP110 and MVP120 units, you might want to consider the
MVP130. The MVP110 has an FXS port to connect to "station" (i.e.
phone, fax, or PBX CO port), while the MVP120 has an FXO port to
connect to a central "office" (i.e. CO line or PBX station port).
However, the MVP130 which is replacing the MVP110/MVP120 products
has a port which can be setup as either an FXS or FXO. It also
means that if a client needs an additional off premise extension,
the MVP130 at the main office can be used and the new remote site
and replace with a 2-port MVP210 at the PBX. As I understand, the
MVP130's are supposed to be shipping mid-September (I'm waiting
on a pair).
