On our TVS-200, when there is no answer to an outside caller dialing an
extension throught the VPS, the following prompts are played (in succession):

363 Sorry, no one is available to answer your call.
364 To leave a message, press 1.
368 To try another extension, press *.

Is there a good reason why these are played back-to-back, instead of just using
a single prompt, or even combining 364/368?

When a user presses *, it kicks them back to the main menu rather than (what I
would expect) prompting them for another extension number. Is that the default
behavior or have I mucked something up?

Is this behavior programmable or fixed? For instance, what if upon no answer, I
wanted to immediately kick the caller into the voicemail box for the extension?

Thanks,
Jim
