I never took a qualification test? I did fill out the "application" at work. I have no idea what the frequencies are on a keypad? They never asked me? I do use a dtmf grabber when I have problems. The class I took was only 2 days and very inexpensive. The fees covered materials & lunch. I don't remember any questions about the hybrid systems but they are so simple I may not have paid attention. It was a lot of fun. The Kxtd class was separate from the Tvs class
