Hello, I would like to know how to become a Panasonic Certified reseller, or at least become just a certified technitian.
In my country there are 3 or 4 persons that program panasonic, and certainly they did not want to provide me tech support since i purchased my KX-TD1232-5 and my TVS-200 from the USA. Really they did not give ANY support, not even offering them a payment for their services, they just said no, if you got your boxes from Ablecomm call them for support. Well no big deal, I was lucky since Ablecomm send me all the programming manuals. took me 4 months to do the programming, learn, try, play, but now I must say that I know every single command, user commands, & programming commands. Now, since there are only 3 or 4 panasonic tech guys in Bolivia I would like to be the 5th one, but taking care of all those lonely people that the other guys did now want to help. I feel that a personal service, plus custom programming is something that no tech guy down here do, I may enter to this arena, if I get some sort of certification. Did I say that In bolivia there is no pana center for certification? Where else should I get info for doing this? Is there any KX-500 cert also?
