And you are asking this becuase you believe in miracles?????


It's fairly easy.  I start with custom service 30 D zero I have no idea
why, and record a prompt.  Then I go into the delete prompts and kill 817
(or is that 819) and 248,249 and 250.  Now I go into the TVS and tell it to
use User Prompt 1 and CS 30 for all cases/day/night/lunch/break.

Then you edit CS30 for no digits allowed and specify which mailbox you want
it to go to (actually you just direct digits 1-0 to a mailbox).  Oh yeah,
find that annoying prompt about leaving a message and pressing all those
digits to replay etc etc and make that one go away too.
