Ron, I not sure that this solution would be much different than what I'm doing now...the counter phone rings and the back office phone does not. The call ends up (if unanswered) in the counter phone vmail which is where the owner wants it to go. If, however I could setup a phantom ext that could be programmed on buttons at each phone and assign ringing to the phantom buttons...maybe that would work. Anyone know if that could be done on a TA624?
If not I guess I'll go the route of the bell/chimes as suggested by a few others here. Thanks for the help to everyone!
