Add this to the differences between the TA and TD :-) I see an external bell in your future. That or a stupid CF/NA option that would really confuse things. Take the counter phone T&R and run it to a spare pair in the office. Set up as a bridged connection and put an external bell in the office. The bell follows the ring to the counter phone and the offfice can dial 41xx to pick up the ringing counter phone. It ain't pretty but it will work.
