Installed our first TA624 on Thursday...things went pretty well except for one thing the customer wanted that Panasonic Tech Support is telling me can't be done. Thought I'd run it by the group. The system went into a local golf course/country club and all calls are answered by auto-attendant (TVS50). If the caller chooses the option for the pro-shop the owner wanted both KX-T7020 proprietary phones to ring (one at the counter one in the back office) then go to the voice mail for the counter phone if no-one answers. Looking through the manual I originaly thought that a "ring group" might work but tech support is telling me that I can't do it. Temporarily we have a cordless phone bridged-in with the counter phone and the office phone (pt) does not ring at all. Any suggestions?
