The photo  raises several questions in my mind.  First: this looks to be the left outer wing panel based on the "one sided spar web".  Where are the wing attach fittings? Why is there so much material on the top and bottom of the spar caps?  The fiberglass skins should be in contact with the spar caps, right?  Was this wing panel stored in such a way that it received damage but the rest of the project was spared?  Or, is this the right end of the center section rear spar and the loose piece of material a part of the spar web that came off?  Again, where are the wing attach fittings?  Those are installed long before the wing advances to this stage.  To me, the wing skins not in contact with the spar caps is as concerning as the rot damage.

I sure would like to see some more photos.
