I apologize for my comments in advance. Safety first. That is a scary photo if I’m seeing incorrect materials + poor workmanship + delamination + just plain old rot of the structure. I call that spar unairworthy. Upon further disassembly and inspection, I expect it will be noted as scrap. Again, I apologize if I’m being overly harsh in my assessment of the photo.
