Maybe you just enjoy the round robin approach to projects? If not, a little
software might help. Gantt Project is a free open source app that runs on
Linux, Windows and Mac and is lean and simple to use while including gantt
charts with critical path and PERT diagramming. It has been around for over
20 years and the last update was a few months ago. The only negative is the
Java UI. Not the prettiest.
