I’m in the same camp as Mike on the mixture cable. I prefer the Vernier type 
for mixture. Push the button and push the knob in for start or go around. Twist 
it out to tweak the mixture to what numbers you want to see on the EGT gauge. 
Couldn’t be easier. With that said, maybe don’t just jam it in on a 
turbocharged engine if you’re already making boost…

I don't see an aspect of these control cables being discussed in this thread so 
I'm going to mention it.  My mixture control is the vernier type and allows for 
precise control by turning it left or right.  Do these cables you guys are 
talking about have this function?  I've found it really valuable.
