Mine is 565 empty, 875 gross.  I'd guess you can knock 80 lbs off of that
easily just by sticking to the plan layup schedule.  Mine has the entire
boat wrapped in a layer,  multiple layers on the wings.  It also has GPAS
1776 with full electrics, good for another 30 or 40 lbs.
