If you have a finished KR-1, would you please post your empty weight? The original article in Sport Aviation by Jack Cox listed Ken's at 310 lbs using a 1200 cc VW. Current plans show 375 lbs for EW, and I would just like some real-world numbers if possible. I am finally going to have some time to build my plane to set an endurance record, and it needs to be as light as possible (for more fuel). Thanks in advance!
