In other word. It it times to Number ONE cylinder on compression stroke. Sound like it’s 180 deg out. Really difficult to fix via email. So, the POSA should be getting fuel.   4.       POSA – checked the POSA needle orientation. It is in the correct direction with the  round side facing front.   Any insights.
