Folks,

Could someone look at the picture I shared.
Below the rectangle part (POSA throttle body) is a circular item (that I
think is a mechanical pump.
This circular item connects the throttle body to the gasculator.

That is my problem.

Is anyone familiar with the part?

Is it a mechanical pump ...
