The IO-240 Continental is quite different from the O-200. It is basically a 4 cylinder version of the Continentsl IO-360, which, IMHO, is a really solid engine. It also shares most parts with the IO-360, which makes parts availability reasonable. It would make a good engine for a scaled up, heavier KR and is comparable to a Lycoming O-235-L2C for performance. For the right price, I would use one.
