This could be timely. IIRC, Sept. 2023 is the "drop dead" date for FAA
to roll out the MOSAIC rewrite of Part 23. There's a lot of hope
rolling around EAA and LAMA that the LSA category will be expanded. Of
course, the distinct possibility exists that nothing will change
regarding LSA; FAA being the animal that it is.
While it might be difficult to get the current KR into LSA compliance,
if the envelope is expanded slightly then it might not be that great a
challenge.
